Trip Report: Carterville Park, 7/17/2020

Posted by

Just trying to get through all these reports from last summer and fall. There are quite a few 🙂

I think I may have gone to Palisade Park the day before I went to Carterville Park, but the photos seem to have mysteriously disappeared. Well, I won’t complain, because I allowed myself to get WAY too far behind on all this!

On an extremely hot July afternoon, I decided to take a walk at Carterville Park in Provo. Now, I love sunshine and the heat and summer is my favorite time of year by far, but even I was feeling kind of icky as I did this walk! I don’t remember the exact temperature, but it was scorching.

Carterville Park is a cute little park, fairly small, with an asphalt path that winds through it.
OwO what’s this? Storytime? :’D
Ooh, so we can read a story as we walk. Let’s do this!
Some nice picnic tables, for all your picnicky needs…
I could probably help you with a lot of problems if you just gave me food
Where can I get one of these?
Who’s up for some…BALONCESTO?
Ah, who?
WELL THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY
Wait, this isn’t Cinderella…
Okay, I need a little break from all this horror…
Oooh…
ewwww
On second thought, this is feeling like Cinderella again.
Very nice, very nice…
:O
Well that’s nice.
Revenge is so sweet!
Moral of the story: if someone harms you, don’t worry, they’ll die eventually. ^_________^
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Meanwhile, I’m still single here…the fairy tales LIE!
That was a trip! I’ll take it! Good job, Provo Library!
Oh and here’s the title of the story.
Oh so this explains why it’s so…unique.
And that’s all, folks! This is a nice park! It was crazy hot though!
